RK comes up with a new framework- RK's-UMASK Framework which supports various communications channel. Users of RK will communicate through different mediums with RK Home automation system.
RK app is coming up with an intelligence where app will take care of sending commands to the smart system through the available possible channel, thus by establishing a reliable connection.
